Kwan
Yew Huat,
graduated from the National University of
Singapore, with a B.Sc. (Pharmacy) degree in
1982. After a brief stint with Guardian
Pharmacy, he joined Astra Pharmaceuticals as
a pharmacist. He then joined Waleta
Singapore Pte Ltd as a manager, rising to
the position of Managing Director in 1988.
Waleta was subsequently acquired by Inchcape
Berhad. Yew Huat remained as the Managing
Director of the company, where in due
course, he took on the roles of General
Manager for Inchcape Dental Division and
General Manager for Asiadent (M) Sdn Bhd. He
left Inchcape Berhad in 1995 to setup
Pharmaforte Singapore Pte Ltd.
Dr. Lee Ai Ling,
graduated from National University of
Singapore with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery
in 1983. She has 15 years of clinical
experience running her own practice. She
co-founded Pharmaforte Singapore Pte Ltd in
1995.
Lee Chee Boon
is a certified public accountant with
the Institute of Public Accountants of
Singapore. She graduated from the National
University of Singapore with a Bachelor of
Accountancy degree in 1990. This was
followed by a Masters in Business
Administration from Adelaide University,
Australia in early 2000. Her work experience
started with the then Post Office Savings
Bank, initially as a officer and
subsequently as an Assistant Manager in the
Finance Department. Later she left to join
Barclays Bank PLC where she held a
managerial position in the Finance
Department.
Chia
Siew Leng Tricia, graduated from Latrobe University, Bendigo,
Australia with a major in Marketing. She
holds a Diploma in Chemical Process
Technology & a Specialist Diploma in
Nutrition & Health Promotion as well.
She
started her pharmaceutical career in 1994 as
a professional medical representative with
Eli Lilly. In her 17 years there, she has
held several portfolios including product
management and field operations management.
In 2001, Tricia joined PMR Associates as a
Product Manager before moving to Nestle
Singapore in 2003 as a Field Operations
Manager managing a team of Nutritional
Executives. Prior to joining Pharmaforte
Singapore in 2010, Tricia was working with
Schering Plough handling Women's Health.
Chua Kim
Hwee, Evan, has worked in the
pharmaceutical industry since 1995,
following a six years service with the
Ministry of Defence. With Merck Singapore in
1995, he responsibilities covered Singapore
and Brunei, where he serviced doctors and
specialists on hypertension, diabetes,
orthopaedic and female health products. He
then moved to Novem Healthcare in 2007 with
responsibility for Medical devices, covering
products for urology, wound care, stoma
care, continence care and surgical implant.

Koh
Jyh Chang, Thomas, obtained his
Diploma in Electronics & Communications
Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic in
1992, Diploma in Sales & Marketing from
Marketing Institute of Singapore in 1997 and
Bachelor of Business Administration in 1998.
He started his career as a Technical Officer
with the Port of Singapore Authority in
1992. He then began his sales career with
Astra Pharmaceuticals in 1994 and was
promoted to sales management in 1997 in
Astra and later in AstraZeneca in 1999. He
subsequently worked for Humedical and Mathys/SYNTHES
in 2004 and for Abbott in 2005 before
joining Pharmaforte Singapore in 2009. He
has worked in therapeutic areas like
cardiocascular, gastrointestinal, oncology,
gynaecology, dyslipidaemia, orthopaedics
(spine disc replacement &
instrumentation) and anti-obesity.
Wong
Jing Ning, Jean,
graduated with a Bachelor in Science
(Economics) in 1993 and obtained her
Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management
from the Singapore Institute of Management
in 1997. Prior to joining the Pharmaceutical
industry, Jean worked in Singapore General
Hospital¡¯s Orthopaedic Department in 1994
and with the Pharmaceutical Society of
Singapore in 1997 as Projects Manager. She
then began her sales career in Panmedic Sdn
Bhd in 2000 covering Klang Valley and Ipoh.
She came back to Singapore and worked with
Novartis Singapore¡®sPharmaceutical
Division in 2003. In Novartis, she received
several Outstanding Performer awards and New
Comer award. She subsequently joined SciGen
Ltd in 2004, a biopharmaceutical company
focusing on endocrinology
and immunology. After a brief stint in DKSH
Singapore, she joined Pharmaforte Singapore
in 2009. She has over 8 years of sales
experience.
Moo
Mei Hoe, Alice,
started her career in 1999 as a Sales
Executive at Energizer Singapore Pte Ltd,
handling the FMCG product line in
convenience stores at all petrol stations in
Singapore. After one year, she was put
in-charge of a new group of portfolios,
covering NTUC Supermarket, Shop N Save,
Guardian, Watson, Electrical stores (Harvey
Norman and Best Denki) and DIY stores. Under
these new portfolios, she worked closely
with a team of merchandisers. In 2003, she
moved to Saga Foodstuff Singapore where she
handled major accounts such as Cold Storage,
Giant Hypermarket and other wholesalers. She
joined the OTC team at Pharmaforte Singapore
Pte Ltd in 2005.
Tan Hock Sun
graduated from Temasek Polytechnic with a
Diploma in Information Technology
(Networking) in 1999. He started work as an
IT Consultant in an IT company, to
implement ACCPAC and Peachtree Accounting
Software for clients. He has also experience
in maintaining Networks and troubleshooting
both hardware and software in a corporate
setting.
Wong Soon Tat,
graduated from the National University of
Singapore with a B.Sc.(Pharm)(Hons) degree
in 2003. He completed his pre-registration
training with Unity NTUC Healthcare in 2004
and subsequently took up the position of
store manager/community pharmacist. After 3
years with Unity, he joined Mindef as a
Pharmacist/Contract Management Officer and
was responsible for procurement of drugs and
medical supplies for the SAF.

Teng
Jia Yi,
graduated from the National University of
Singapore with a B.Sc.(Pharm)(Hons) degree
in 2008. She completed her pre-registration
training with NTUC Healthcare and continued
her career as a retail pharmacist cum
store-in-charge in NTUC Healthcare. Apart
from providing healthcare advice to the
community, she also took charge of the
overall store operation and improving store
performance. She also had prior drug
regulatory experience during her internship
years.
